Welcome to the Oakwood Swim and Dive Team Registration page!
If you would like to join Oakwood Swim & Racquet Club as a member, please complete this Google Form or complete this Paper Form and return it to the pool office. If you are looking to register for swim lessons, please complete the swim lessons form found here.
For Non-Members: You have until June 1 to become and Oakwood member. After that date, an $80 non-member fee will be added for each athlete registered.
